#523 adds "rms_devzm_xy","rms_devam_xy" statistics for the mean climate metrics.

As mean climate code is converting to xcdat, these statistics will need to be added to the new codes.

Calculations for the statistics can be found here and here.

I will check with @gleckler1 if this implementation is still needed.
