Usage of Covid Certificate

I have scanned the codes for registrated data, but can't find any regarding usage of a Covid Certificate.

Many countries starts to discriminate by "vaccinated or not". EU has a covid certificate which can be used when travel among countries. However now many countries start to use the certificate to discriminate "own" people. I think France and Italy uses this already, while Norway and Germany will implement it in the near future. The discrimination might have many forms, all from "right to work", to "right to free movements".

Such discrimination might be unlawful, and a direct "violation" of the right to be equal treated. Such measurement is justified by "reduced infections and fatal cases". To be able to document such effect, could be usefull to guard "peoples right not to be discriminated"

The measurement might argued as prevent infections, but actually is econimics as it used rather than a "close down".

If data already exist somewhere pleasedirect me?
