'Notes' Column missing for all variables.

To whom this may concern:

We are dealing with the WHO PHSM dataset, and use OxCGRT data as one of the major inputs for our analysis. I see that this week, the fundamental structure of the data has changed, such that the 'Notes' column is no longer present with any of the variables.

This missing column is important for our work, as our results critically depend on the information contained in this column.

Therefore, I am requesting that we still have access to the data in the old format with the respective 'Notes' columns for each variable included please.
