Acceptance criteria:

• Implement a monorepo for this repository, we'll use NX
• Organize all content into the following folders:
  • apps: contains all runnable application projects
  • libs: contains all the library projects
  • tools: contains scripts that act on your project
• Add and configure nx.json file
• Configure scripts within package.json file
