Need to add status of today's SNODAS processing to the user interface

For the majority of days NSIDC pushes the daily SNODAS data up to their FTP site a 1:01AM. Somedays, for whatever reason, this target is missed and the SNODAS data is uploaded to the FTP site at a later time (generally 9:01AM but sometimes later).

It would be beneficial to have a status message on the CDSS SNODAS Tools Web Application that indicates if the SNODAS data has been successfully processed for the day or if it the data is pending, etc.

Emma would need to incorporate a test-and-message-output logic into the SNODASDaily_Automated.py script. Kory would need to display the message on the web application.
