make SIMULATION=native prep not working for simsat target

If "make SIMULATION=native prep" the cfsat and sandbox targets work but the simsat target crashes.

The following steps consistently work:
make prep
make install
Run cFS target in privileged mode

The problem probably resides in the cFE configuration files in apps/cfs_lib/fsw/public_inc folder and is probably a resource limit exceeded issue based on gdb info.
