v3.0: Error when using "Start 42 Sim" button

When selecting the "Sart 42 Sim" button from either the Mission FSW or R&D tabs when the cFS has not been started the following error is generated,

v3.0 introduced separate cFS targets for different use cases. 42 will start properly if either the Mission FSW or R&D target is already running. The error occurs when 'start 42' is issued without a target running.
