What's happened to the wlwmanifest.xml docs

Ok, this probably isn't strictly an Open Live Writer issue, however I thought this is the most likely place to find someone that might know the answer.

It appears that Microsoft have pulled the documentation for the wlwmanifest.xml format from their web site. It used to be at this URL https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb463260.aspx.

Does anyone know if this format is documented anywhere else?

Honestly, you'd have better luck shouting at Ms for this, but just because I was also looking for it, it's available on archive.org
