Add to web interface the ability to temporary set charging current for a single session then revert to previous (default) charging current.

The volatile RAPI flag can be used to specify a volatile current (not saved the EEPROM):

$ SC [amps] V

However, I believe this current will persist until EVSE controller reboot. We might have to implement our own feature to restore charging current the default value at the end of the session. We do this already for solar PV divert (eco mode)/
