Write migration scripts/algorithms

Need to write migration scripts to take old circuit versions and convert them to the new model.

We'll need to decide if we're going to do this on the backend as well as the frontend to migrate all cloud-saved-circuits.

There will need to always be a frontend migration script to handle loading of files though.

This will be a horrible mess.
