Description

Impossible to add an override for a new user who doesn't have an initialized user confidence level.

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

  1. Create a new user with no confidence
  2. Edit this user
  3. Put an override of confidence to an entity of your choice
  4. Error in input

Expected Output

The override works

Actual Output

The override doesn't works
