Issue with the .env file

Greetings!, i had an issue with an installation of the new version of OpenCTI, i was reading documentation and some videos and no info about this variable

OPENCTI_BASE_URL=http://localhost:8080

i am using a manager and a worker, that string 'localhost' needs to be changed? because localhost will redirect the GUI to a localhost resolved IP, but the manager cant connect to GUI and the Worker doesnt have a container which post the service.

Simple question : the string 'localhost' may be changed? which IP i need to put there Worker or Manager ?
