Is there a comparable page somewhere that has been updated?
I don't want to delete this until we know that it is documented somewhere?
If it is not documented, can this page be updated and relocated somewhere?

This is about Ocpn_Draw Plugin Messaging. I will ask Jon about it.
Since there is no similar page in the Dev Manual, we will need to find a home for it.
