Should Navobj Backup information be a part of Basic User Manual?

We currently have it in Advanced User Manual.
If it should be in the Basic User Manual, where should it be located?
Under Route Manager?

It should not be in basic manual at all.

We have references to it in the Basic Manual, because this comes up during distressing times for users. Is that ok?

New users have no data to backup

Yes, this is true, but this is not in the Quick Start area. It is under Toolbar which all users might refer to.
We have new users who should refer to Quick Start, and normal users who will be referring to Tool Bar, Chart Panel etc.
Since User Data such as Navobj is so vital to the User, shouldn't we have information about backing it up under Routes as a separate document? Then when we provide offline documentation the link is not lost.

Backup has nothing to do with Toolbar or any other GUI element or workflow
