Major changes

• changed dependencies of stylesheets: everything is now loaded through teibp_parameter.xsl as a single point of entry for settings and all other stylesheets

Added features

• support for multilingual, especially Arabic, interface
• new open Amiri font modelled on early 20th-century Bulāq Press typefaces from Cairo
• back links to page breaks
• links to external facsimiles
• support for links to external authority files such as VIAF, OCLC, GeoNames
• styling of masthead to match the layout of the facsimiles
• moved "notes" section to the of the TEI files

First stable release

This is the first stable and functional release. There are still plenty of rough edges that need to be polished and thought of.
