Currently only <sic>, <supplied>, and <choice> are implemented. <supplied resp="#org_MS"/>, indicating additions made by the anonymous transcribers at shamela.ws, are suppressed from view.
Additions (<add>) and deletions (<del>) should also be visually distinguished from the surrounding text.

<orig> and <corr> also need some default display that should probably be triggered through a parameter in teibp_parameters.xsl. (c.f. https://rawgit.com/tillgrallert/digital-muqtabas/master/xml/oclc_4770057679-i_51.TEIP5.xml#p_118.d1e1917)

The behaviour is now triggered through $p_display-editorial-changes
