Update the "full guide" screenshots

At the moment the "full guide" page, e.g. at https://beta.onezoom.org/full_guide.html, has screenshots from the old UI (pre-tours). We need to change the screenshot images to match those on https://beta.onezoom.org/life.html/ and check over the text to make sure it still all makes sense.

I wonder if @davidebbo or @wolfmanstout would enjoy doing this? I guess @jrosindell might like to add a section on how tours work?

I've merged a temporary (poor) job into main, so we can push 4.0 out of the door. @jrosindell will need to tidy it up.
