Make it clear how to reopen a tour after closing it

I was surprised that the tour completely disappeared on mobile when I swiped it all the way down to the bottom. I was expecting it to be essentially "minimized" but still draggable back up. I did not successfully figure out how to get back except by clicking on the tour link again. I tried the back button -- didn't work. After testing on desktop I realized that there was a new Tours icon (because it is labelled there) so I now know that also works on mobile. You might want to show a tooltip when the tour is hidden indicating that you can return there.
