Title not shown within tours

When I first click on the tour, there isn't any indication of what the title is. If I'm not mistaken, I don't think this is shown anywhere except for the full list of Tours. It might be useful to display this before beginning the tour, as a sort of "title slide" -- perhaps with a configurable description.

Although I do think the tour author could try to provide extra context for the first tour stop, it still seems like you want some way to make it clear to the user the name of the tour they are looking at, e.g. so that they know what to look for when they look back in the tours list (if they stumbled upon this via a link that was shared with them). This isn't shown anywhere on mobile as far as I can tell.

I think there are two valid points here: (a) for the first tour stop, it should be made very clear that this is the start of a new tour, e.g. with a "title slide" of some sort. I think we don't need to impose this, however. I agree with @lentinj that we just need to make sure all of our example tours show this (I'm not sure they do at the moment, and we should change that).

(b) when you are in the middle of a tour, it isn't clear what tour you are on. It would be rather nice to have some sort of minimal icon you could chose for a tour, so we can put it e.g. in the top right hand corner of the titlebar (and have it larger at the start)
