It would be wonderful if there were to be a setting which causes omnisharp-helm-find-symbols to only search for symbols in the current file and/or buffer. Currently it appears to be asking the server for all symbols and passing that directly to helm. How this could be filtered to only the current file is beyond my understanding of Elisp.
