Very very nice, i will integrate later.
I also need to do the classic handler from material guideline.

I think classic handler implementation is possible by adding a new feature to the current component, I will try it in the coming days.

Sorry for my delay, finally I found the free time to complete the RefreshIndicator feature, I added a default material like RefreshIndicator to the PullToRefreshHandler component, which is not exactly the same with material indicator but I tried to create very similar, also you can implement your custom RefreshIndicator and pass to the PullToRefreshHandler component.
