The Datini-to-MIDI translator uses the old code for csv parsing. It should be reworked to make use of the new utils.

There should also be investigation into improving it, such as:

make the tone map easier to make and assignable to any column.
allow the voice to be assignable to any column value.
change the granularity of ob beats (day, week, month, ect.)
have some way to pass in a function to assign a gain value.
allow multi-actor processing.
