script lab manifest for outlook does not have support for shared folders. #783

We have a few samples for shared folders in script lab but the manifest dont have the annotations to support shared folders.
we need to add:
<SupportsSharedFolders>true</SupportsSharedFolders>

here is more info on how to add support for shared folders:
