Get selected text in Read Mode

I'm encountering difficulty retrieving selected text from an email while I'm reading it in Outlook using a Office-js library. Despite my attempts, I haven't been successful in obtaining the copied text. Can someone provide guidance on how to effectively capture selected text from an email being viewed in Outlook other method? I appreciate any assistance or insights you can offer.

As of now there is no api tp get selected data in read mode. Whole body can be retrieved using Office.context.mailbox.item.body.getAsync.
You can raise this as a new feature request.
