Toolbar of the editor sticks to the top of the browser window when scrolling down.

Problem

When writing a longer post or group description the toolbar can scroll out of the visible canvas. Users must scroll up to toolbar in order to format the content or add a link. This is unnecessary and a nuisance for larger content.

Solution

Make the toolbar stick to the top of the browser window when scrolling down.
