Regex for for Rem-Note style Basic Type Card with ;; instead of ::

Is it possible to make a custom regex for Basic Type Card which is like the Rem-Note style but instead of writing ‘::’ we can use ‘;;’

e.g.
Question;;Answer
Rather than
Question::Answer
