[Bug] Unable to create Segmentation on OPT DICOM Images #4112

Describe the Bug

We are unable to draw Segments using any of the Segmentation tools on DICOM Images of Modality OPT. We can view the images and can select the tools. However when we try to draw a segment, they do not get drawn. We also see some errors in the Browser Console Log.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the OPT Modality Series
  2. Select a Segmentation tool like Brush tool.
  3. Draw the Segment

The current behavior

No Segment is drawn on the OPT Image Slice.

The expected behavior

Segments should get drawn on the OPT Image slice

@karanrane96 - could you attach an anonymized DICOM file to this? That image looks grayscale to me, so it isn't what I thought was causing the problem.

Could you kindly provide the data if it has been anonymized and you can confirm that there is no patient health information present in any of the headers or embedded within the pixel data?
