Hierarchy/ categories of drugs

Hello! I am trying to get a better understanding of the drug domain. Is there a way to broadly categorize drugs into general classes like antibiotics, antihistamines, etc. Does the CONCEPT_ID have any indicator of that or intelligence that could categorize drugs?

I know there is a drug class relationship ID, but it is not widespread enough for my project.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you so much!

Ok, I will explore that. I am building a comprehensive list (table) of drugs and one component my team suggested was adding a hierarchal element/ General Drug Categories to broadly categorize.
