[web_dialog_size] Reports re-generated on window size change

Describe the bug

When opening a wizard such as "Send & Print" on account.move, the wizard generates the attached PDF report(s) and then is display.
When changing the size of the window, it seems to not only affect the CSS but it is retriggering the loading of the attached PDF report --> clients with long invoices for example, or quotations with pictures experience long loading times every time.

To Reproduce

Noticed and tested on V15

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an invoice
2. "Select & Print" action
3. Change window size

On each resize, loading icon blocks the page until reloaded.

Expected behavior
Changing the wizard size should uniquely affect the display of the page and not retrigger a regeneration of any kind.
