Make web_responsive work with Odoo Enterprise

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yes: it is currently not possible to install the web_responsive module if web_enterprise is also installed. As far as I understand, both modules would only conflict with respect to the full-screen Apps menu; the web_responsive module has many other enhancements that should not conflict with web_enterprise, and that would be very welcome on an Enterprise install.

Split the module into one that is compatible with web_enterprise, and another one that is not

I will have a go at doing the splitting and submit a merge request, if it is of interest to the community.

Following up on this: the web_responsive module as it is actually works fine alongside web_enterprise (only removing the exclusion in the manifest). So I changed the title of the issue, as I think it is not needed to split the module into two. If requested I could create a merge request for just the change in the manifest.

What would be extra nice, though, is to have this module's Apps menu (with the search feature) instead of the one of web_enterprise. I will have a look at how to do this.
