product_multi_image odoo module

trying to use product_multi_image, it works properly in the product. template as per config but I'm trying to add an image in product.product, it's added to the product. template as mentioned but after that product.product (product variant)'s product i can't access and get user error: This file could not be decoded as an image file. Please try with a different file.

As per my knowledge, it's from image.py which held in server/odoo/tool folder (odoo version 15)
