equivalent of OASIS-learn-study/s2i-minecraft-server#3 in this image, AFTER that:

useful because e.g. LuckPerms actually DL more JARs, and does processing on them to relocate, and thus seems to have a more "heavy" start up then we could make it to be if we did this only once during image creation.
