As per the title.

The game will run fine initially and the mod will seem to be working perfectly (FPS is increased and the game looks and feels smoother). However, the game will always crash after about 5-10 minutes of playing.

I'm using an RTX 3090 and AMD Ryzen 3900x
Running the game in 4K (DLSS Performance)
Psycho ray tracing

I've tried running it through Vortex (in conjunction with the HD Reworked texture pack) as well as through Steam (with no other mods enabled). I've also tried installing and uninstalling the game and upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 but unfortunately the issue still persits. It's strange because Witcher 3 worked absolutely perfectly with this mod.

I'd be grateful for any help anyone can offer. If you need any other information about my hardware and/or in game settings, please let me know.

If you’ve already exhausted all basic troubleshooting steps, then I’d recommend debugging the game.
You can monitor Event viewer on Windows as soon as the game crashes. You may also use windbg or gdb to get a little bit more info as to what caused the crash.

Your issue is very similar of someone I helped on nexus.

He ended solved it and this is what he did:
"I spent a lot of time and it looks like I found the cause. I think it was because I was reconfiguring the reloading of weapons on the additional mouse button. I figured if deleting the customization file works, then the problem is somewhere else. And yes, I should change this button, as in battle when reloading the game crashes. Amazing! "

If this doesn't apply to you, VRAM getting full also creates game's CTD. Try lowering graphics quality and see if the game keep stable.

If not, use DDU and revert back GPU's driver or update it (if newer exist).

Open RTSS and ensure its application detection is disabled for Cyberpunk. Even if the show on-screen display is disabled, it can still cause issues.

MSI Afterburner also can enable FPS OSD so make sure that is turned off as well. I was having this issue with a 3080-ti until I turned off application detection inside RTSS.
