Nvidia Streamline eat full SSD space

Is there a possibility that this mod somehow breaks the driver or smt else? My folder “C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA\Streamline\witcher3” weighed 80 gigabytes, I noticed that the game was launched after closing, I could click close in Steam, although it was not present in the processes and drive C was filled to capacity.
I have only this mods:

1. BIA - TW3 Bug Fix and Restored Content Collection
2. BIA - LOD Bundle
3. DLC - Events (BIA version)
4. DLC - Events - Quest Journal Category
5. dlss to fsr versio dll

Game version 4.04 steam. Windows 10 last update. Rtx 3080 Ti with last driver.

Ive gotten this a few times as well.

Looks like it’s a cached folder. Anyways, I don’t think deleting it would hurt.
