NsCDE can't do GTK (for me) (Linux)

I don't know how to elaborate and what logs to provide. It does integrate Qt very well, but just ignores GTK with or without qt5-styleplugins (I don't really know if it could fix that)

EDIT: I found out that it kinda halfway changes theme for GTK+? lxappearance shows different colors from qt5ct, but theme seems to be somewhat present and changes default Raleigh, while lxappearance-gtk3 shows no integration at all.
