Subpanels Application Icon instance broke (Linux) #186

One application instance broke. I once installed an icon of blender, then removed it. After some time, when I decided that it's time to install it again, I found out that its instance on the left pane (Available Applications) turned into Blenderblender with empty "Command" and "Icon File" text boxes. Applying and saving closes Subpanels Manager without adding a visible icon. I found lines responsible for Blenderblender in Subpanels.actions and .fvwmgen files, tried to fix them, but it seems that blender doesn't have raster icons in /usr/icons folders, and I didn't know how to make it load an image from the .NsCDE directory where NsCDE caches icons. I managed to make its icon appear where I wanted it but without an actual image. How can I make blender instance to be fixed in these Available Applications pane? Seems like fixing .actions, .fvwm2.fvwmgen and .fvwm3.fvwmgen files is not a permanent solution, blender application doesn't appear properly and reverts back to Blenderblender (in the left pane) for some reason.

I found some other applications broke like this one. These are Winetricks -> Winetrickswinetricks --gui, SC Controller -> SC Controllersc-controller, Arch Linux Tweak Tool -> Arch Linux Tweak Tool/usr/bin/archlinux-tweak-tool, Godot Engine -> Godot Enginegodot, Alacritty -> Alacrittyalacritty, Redshift -> Redshiftredshift-gtk, Kvantum Manager -> Kvantum Managerkvantummanager. None of these apps provide raster icons by themselves, so this might be the reason for such behavior?

I just noticed this behavior on my Void Linux setup. I hadn't used it in awhile (not my primary OS) and received a big set of updates. After that I noticed the 'Namename' thing and no icons.
When I get the chance I'll have to go through it. At the moment I'd be guessing (latest python, X, ???).
