Enrich debugging documentation

I have two Manjaro boxes both with NsCDE both up to date. One is absolutely stable for days and heavy use, the other experiences frequent crashes of the X windows and returns me to lightdm login screen. How can I debug this? .xsession-errors is empty, In /var/log/lightdm I see some problems only in x-?.log such as

The XKEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:

Errors from xkbcomp are not fatal to the X server

or

It it my keyboard causing the crashes? I have noticed that crashes occur when I use t he mouse. Maybe when focus changes.
