When trying to play the Bahrain in 30-minutes recap video, the app throws an error "Response serialization failed: response could not be decoded because of error 'the data could not be read because they're missing'." And then some more output. See screenshot.

Not sure if app problem or platform problem. Other videos such as the "Chasing the Dream" documentary, races in the archive (including Bahrain) and the live streams play just fine. It's just this recap video that for some reason refuses to load. :)

-edit- Ok so after I submitted this bug report, I noticed that I overlooked that there are apparently two identical videos for the "the race in 30 minutes - extended highlights" showing up in the "recommended" tab. The first video throws the error below, the second one loads just fine without any error. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I've attached another screenshot. :)

Guess the bug is that it for some reason shows the same video twice and one of them isn't working. Again: not sure if app problem or platform problem. Either way, I'll leave this issue open just in case it is a bug in the app. :) I was able to load the video successfully. :)

Looks like you're not authorized to play this stream, but no idea why there are two 🤷‍♂️

@NoahFetz Yeah it's odd, even weirder that one of the two works and the other gives an error, heh!

This means you're not authorized for this stream, maybe your region isn't supported

I get the same error if I try to login. The official app works but the quality keeps fluctuating. Vroom TV is perfectly stable in comparison but now I can’t login anymore. I’m in South Africa and it’s a supported region.

You probably hit the device limit. You need to remove one from the web portal

I didn’t even know there was a device limit. Works fine now. Thank you.
