Hi,
I download amyloidPET_FBP_TP0 datasets, and want to /NiftyPET-master/docs/tutortials/demo.ipynb, but datain shows many files such as hmumap/pCT/T1lbl/T1nii/T1N4 not in datasets which I downloaded. So when I run mu_h=nipet.hdw_mumap, there is mistake. How can I find the missed files?

did you modify the folderin path (top of cell [2]) to point to wherever you downloaded & extracted the data?

Thanks for your reply! I do modify the path of folderin to where I download amyloidPET_FBP_TP0. And the niftyout/mumap-hdw/hmumap.npz should be in download file? or generate by operation?

yessss! Thanks for your link, I will download this data. And I have another question about ACR PHANTOM IMAGING, it import acr_params as pars for getting dictionary, but where should I pip install acr_params?

hi. I download version 2 of amyloidPET_FBP_TP0 datasets . but I'm looking for umap_PT_2291734.v.hdr . I need this file for attenuation map . how can i find this file?
