Dear NiftyPET,
When I run the software in Jupyter Notebook line 16 in block 2 generates the following error.
This is the first time I have had this issue. In the past this was not an issue when trying to perform an installation.
I thank you for your time and fast response.
Sincerely,
Leo Marecki

Actually, if you look at the top level of the conda environment, e.g. /path/to/NiftyPET/2.0.0/ you'll see a resources.py file. I just
/path/to/NiftyPET/2.0.0/
resources.py
export PYTHONPATH:/path/to/NiftyPET/2.0.0/:$PYTHONPATH
and that seem to get past that error. Based off the warning at the top of your output, it seems to expect that in ~/niftypet/resources.py
~/niftypet/resources.py
Sorry, something went wrong.
