White-on-white formatting bug

1.   White-on-white formatting bug:  When adding pictures to an entry, the form for adding an image has a slight formatting issue.  After browsing the computer and selecting a file to upload, the name of the file is listed in the box – but it’s only barely visible and some viewers will miss it, because it is white text against a white-ish background. 
   

Not earth-shaking but it does trip people up a bit. There may be other places where this problem arises, but this seems to be the most common one.

P. S. -- The white-on-white formatting bug (#6 in the list I just sent) also appears when a form is flagged for being incomplete. For example, trying to save an event without a contact person gets an error, and then when I try to fix by selecting a contact I get this, which is worse because the white text is sometimes against true white background, not just off-white. Obviously it can be worked around, but it’s worth mentioning.
