What would you like to see added to PyNWB?

Support ros3 streaming on osx-arm64, i.e., Apple silicon.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

This came up from the run-all-tests workflow (using the macos-latest on ros3 tests/gallery tests) not passing.

What solution would you like?

Support osx-arm64

Do you have any interest in helping implement the feature?

Yes.
