Save codecov data

Currently only the cloc data is cached in data/. To avoid access to Codecov during the regular built of the docs it would be useful to also cache that information in YAML files in data/. In this way, this can also be made part of regular data updates as part of a GitHub pipeline and simplify builds of the website itself.
