Problems to access gene expression data #803
Comments
Sorry for the delay on this, during the last major upgrade the gene expression pages were dropped, but I can't remember why exactly. I'm trying to add them back in from an old commit. Will let you know how it goes or when its deployed. |
Ok I got it to work locally. #806 Still need to test it more since some of the underlying libraries changed. Will update again when it gets deployed, |
@ppombosegura ok the fix is live on the site. The gene_expression urls aren't linked to from the image page yet. Can you try a few of them with your image IDs and see if they look good? |
Thanks a lot @rwblair. I checked some image IDs and they look good to me. It seems the gene_expression urls are working again nicely! |
Hi everyone!
I am trying to access gene expression data on Neurovault with rjson to perform gene decoding analysis of a fMRI image. But since a couple of weeks ago, I am getting this error message: HTTP status was 404 not found. The connection to the URL cannot be opened. I tried using different image IDs but I still get the same error message.
Have you recently changed the way to access the fMRI maps uploaded in Neurovault? Is there another alternative to access the images bypassing this issue?
Thanks so much for all the support you can give!
