馃摑 Provide a description of the new feature

What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature? What is the scenario this would be used?

In a simple way, we want to know when people use eeg-notebooks and how the experience went. The goal is to be able to answer the following:

  • how many times eeg-notebooks was used (+ unique devices)
  • what experiments were run
  • what percentage of the experiments were successful

These should get us going for starters. Doing this we should ensure that user privacy is maintained as we go along :)

If you'd like to see this feature implemented, add a 馃憤 reaction to this post.

Me and @JohnGriffiths talked super briefly about this today and I just mentioned that I've long had similar aims for a different project of mine, with similar requirements: ActivityWatch/activitywatch#120

Would be cool if we could figure this out so I could get two birds with one stone (or whatever).
