How to publish metrics emitted by Ribbon to prometheus endpoint?

I have a requirement where in I need to publish servo metrics from Ribbon, specifically the ZoneStats/LBStats to already running Prometheus endpoint.
We already are publish our application's metrics tot he Prometheus endpoint and we want to add the servo metrics to it as well.
Is there a way to do so?
We are using Zuul 2.1.5 version.
I am able to use the MetricPoller plugin to publish the servo metrics to files, but I need them to be published to Prometheus.
