Describe the bug
When i start a videocall with nekoX as a client, the receiver sees a black screen instead of my camera image

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start a video call on nekoX with telegram as the receiver client

Smartphone

Device: motorola edge 40 neo
OS: android 13
Version 9.3.3 f-droid release
