#458 添加的“GIF显示为视频”功能是不是已经失效了？

现在（9.3.3版本）即使在设置里打开了“GIF显示为视频”选项，再打开GIF也不会显示进度条。如截图所示。

NekoX版本：9.3.3
Android版本：13
