Investigate if we can include the https://github.com/Neg9/neg9-www-resources repo as a submodule under public/ or otherwise have Hugo/Netify clone that content for the published version.

If that's not feasible, either change links point to the Github hosted content directly, or setup some CI to publish that content to S3, and link to it there.

If we're happy with Hugo, this should probably just be done natively using Page Resources / Page Bundles. I still like the resources repo as a one-stop shop of its content/archives, but maybe trying to incorporate it in to the site isn't the cleanest way to handle this any longer.
