Disable animation

Hi!
Is there a way to disable the animations? In particular I'd like to disable the rotation-zoom effect after login which gives a slightly unpleasant effect because of the header fonts getting gigantic for a short time.

Not necessarily disable the animation but at least hide the "terms of service" text because it is always acting weirdly when rotating.
